SCOPING RATES (Depositions)

Regular Turnaround (5-7 Days) - $1.00 per page
Expedited (3-5 Days)  -$1.50 per page
Rush (24-48 Hrs) - $2.00 per page
Daily Rates (Less than 24 hours) - $2.25 per page

Note:  Video Depositions require a .10 per page charge added to the above rates.

Hearings, Trial, Arbitrations, Meetings, Etc:  $1.25 pp for regular turnaround; $1.75 pp for expedited turnaround; $2.50 per page for Rush. 

These rates are based on regular work with an average number of drops and untranslates.  If you have something different, please e-mail or call for rates specific to your job.

PROOFREADING RATES

Proofreading only with no audio - .35 per page (3-5 days turnaround)
Proofreading of a previously scoped job with audio - .60 per page (3-5 days turnaround)

Can correct within Case CATalyst file or print out job, mark corrections and scan pages back to you.

STRAIGHT TRANSCRIPTION RATES

Generally, $3.00 per page.  May be different depending on specifics of job.  E-mail or call and tell me about the job and I'll quote you a rate.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I  accept checks or e-checks and credit cards via Paypal.  Upon completion of first few jobs, payment is due immediately via Paypal.  Once a regular working relationship is established, I can bill on two or four days a month convenient for you.  Payments over 10 days late subject to 5% late fee.
